Jessie Im so glad it arrived, I was really starting to worry, you will see by the postmark when I posted it, should have only taken 7-10days whew

I really had fun designing it for you and seeing the fabric version come together and look like the rough sketch hanging on the wall was fun. I was working one day and had a sudden image of little row houses their cosy lights shining out on a dark snowy christmas eve and Mr Snowman standing guard, waiting for Santa

So glad you like him, Laura tried to appropriate the quilt, she said she was glad for you but sad for herself when we posted it LOL

Laura, your mini is soooo beautiful. What a lot of work! I'm just overwhelmed. Thank you, thank you. I'm thinking of putting the sleeve on so can hang it. Lovely! Wow! :tumble:

I'm fascinated by the potholder, its so pretty and practical. My little brother brought the package earlier, just now getting the chance to thank you. Even the card was unusual, love the horses. You've got me grinning ear to ear. Cheesy

I am so glad you like it Stella. So sorry it was late getting to you. bad girl I just kept changing my mind as to what I wanted to make and then I saw this pattern in a quilt mag and decided to do it....took a bit longer than I thought it would doh ...anyway.....I am just glad that you finally got it.
The pot holder has extra batting and the heat resistant stuff (gray quilted) that makes it so you don't feel the heat through it. :candycane:

Hummerlou, Please forgive me for not responding sooner. I did not see that I had a PM waiting. Of course I LOVE the mini. I have been so very busy for the last two weeks that I haven't had time to do much of anything that I should have done. I am glad that you posted the pix of the mini because I am not sure how to post pixs on here.

The mini is beautiful! Those will be our snowmen this year since living in Florida does not give us the real white stuff to make them with. Not complaining...just 'splaining. LOL Thank you for the time I know it took to put it all together. The metalic threads make it sparkle! I have never tried using metalic thread and have not done machine applique. You have peaked my interest. I love it! Thanks again.

One last hurrah. This was so satisfying. I hope everyone who can will post their pictures. I was wrong, there are still some not in the gallery. Let's inspire everyone to participate next time we do a swap. If anyone needs computer or camera help, just shout out. If these ladies can teach me, they could teach anyone. :tumble:
