Thanks.

Anita is currently finding new ways to make me cry, so I still think the thread title is appropriate. I'm getting really depressed and she is not helping.

I got June's in the mail yesterday, so I'll be starting that soon.

Here's June's block. I finished the applique last night and did the gluing earlier today.

The new block should ship today or Monday, so I am OFFICIALLY all caught up now! And, ahem, I suppose that means I just lost my excuse for why I'm ignoring my July UFO and should switch gears and work on that....but I don't wanna!

Thanks everybody! I think I used up the water in my iron yesterday, so I'm thinking of maybe starting the next one soon.

I never use water in my iron, just keep a spray bottle of water to mist clothes with, works as well and then you never have to wait or suffer steam burns when pressing seams and improtant quilting stuff!

July's block, Mr. Biker Baker. Finally finished the wheels last night and did the glue part today.

August's came Monday. I went to Michaels earlier for some green floss. Pieces are fused down, so next I gets to work on cutting them out. Since I've already located floss and traced the pieces, this one should go much faster.

The frame wasn't bad, but the wheels were a pain, both to applique and to cut out! The frosting drove me nuts too, with all the drippy parts. Fortunately, I don't have that problem with the next block!

Thanks!
