Very cute Qbee....I'm sure your aunt will be thrilled.
It was nice to see when my DD and I were skyping she carried her laptop down the hall into the nursery and I caught a glimpse of the October one I did for she and her sister.

Oh they are so cute QBee, she is going to love them. Love the border fabrics you chose and the birdie on the halloween block is really cute. Love your gingerbread man too and the bright candy canes, congratulations on finishing them

These blocks must be in the air, its saturday night here and I decided in honour of halloween I should finish my 3 blocks, all I had to do was embroider whiskers on the kitties and now its done! Will take a pic tommorow, its close to midnight and Im tuckered out snooze

Oh thats cute Anita, I like the leaf border fabric too and the squirrel is cute as. I actually did the embroidery on the halloween 3 on halloween, I embroidered the antlers onto the deer for the dec blocks and I have started sewing the squirrels down on the nov blocks, thats all I have left to do

I finally decided what Im doing with my tisket tasket blocks (I have to be honest and say I still need to stitch the squirrels down on the 3 nov blocks) Im making them into seasonal pillow covers. Here are the December ones

(I forgot to add 1/2" seam allowance to the borders on this one so its a wee bit smaller, it was the prototype, fixed it in the next two though) This one is for our home.

I made two of these, ingore the blue behind it, they only have the beige xmas material as borders, I had to lay it over a pillow to get a photo, these two are gifts

thanks Anita, Im pretty challenged when it comes to anything other than a 1/4" seam and a quilt top. I found the instructions to make a pillow thats so simple, no buttons, no zipper - even I could do it LOL the back is two rectangles that overlap to form like an envelope, the pillow insert pops in between them and they overlap shut over it, nice and neat and easy!!

Oh no Anita I love yours, mine isnt better by a long stretch. I love your candy cane fabrics, they are perfect and the basket fabric is really pretty too. The canes look like real ones, I think your snowman is going to reach over and sneak one!!! I admire you for having the patience to make each one into a wallhanging, I couldnt do it. I think if I had done one set and not three maybe but to be honest, I think you rock making all those wallhangings and each one suits its month so much
