These are turning out so cute. I love the embroideru Golo is doing and then the applique is so cute that linda is doing. Very fun to see different versions of the same thing.

VERY nice Golo! Your stitching is always so perfect. Like Mary, I think it's fun to see how different the blocks look in the different versions.

All the blocks are lovely. golo well done on your bluework, its really got an old fashioned charm to it and I can just imagine all the snowflake fabrics and snowman themed ones you could use to sash it with. I remember seeing fabric once that was off white with fir trees on it, realistic sketches of firs under blankets of snow adn the trees were in blues, like a willoware colour theme, I think of when I see your blocks.

Linda I saw your #2 snowman in your album, he is so cute and cheerful looking, very 'alive' and on point will be pretty. I look forward to seeing them all at the end. Do you know what sashing you will be using or what your layout will be?

Betweens I have been good this year, Im not saving/downloading any patterns, Im not doing BOMs or quilt alongs. Just the UFOs and thank goodness, I have been struggling for time online let alone sewing, Id be stressed to the gills. I just dont look then Im not tempted LOL

You were smart, Gimpy.... I should not have looked... I have 4 BOM finished for this month and I think 3 more to go... I finished the Season one ahead of time.. cheated a little on that one..did the last two blocks early...

I missed this until last week. Think I want to do this one.
I'll just have to play catch-up if I do decide to do it.

I started in January but only finished Jan! I was hoping for a more monthly themed BOM than this turned out to be. You know, kind of like the basket one last year? I guess next time I should wait till Feb is available first before starting to get a better idea of it.

I copied all of these blocks so far, but haven't done a single one! I plan to though one of these days. I wonder what she will do come January 2011?

I think after Christmas I'll stock up on some Christmas fabric. I'm sure it will be marked down 60-80% at JoAnn's. It usually is.

I'm thinking a wallhanging would be nice for the livingroom or familyroom. We now have a fireplace that just calls for something to hang above it during the holidays. So I'd better get busy for NEXT YEAR! I have so many little things I want to do. I loaded some pics into my personal gallery here on the site. I'll keep updating.
