Thanks guys . Gimpy when I look at my Calendar quilt I can see when I started it and finished ...12 days . Next one isn't due for two weeks or so yet . Can't wait for it. Have seen it and it is great.

Building here to Golo and QB 1 The thing with this is you don't know what it will look like finished! I have seen the next two blocks but after that it is still a mystery .

One lovely goose , then next , one lovely swan . Really pretty blocks I like the " one " part of it ! LOL couldn't have faced 6 geese a laying .

Henny the swan block, will you do your swan in black so its an aussie swan? I think Id have to change mine to a dark charcoal hand dye and red beak, give it a twist. Just a thought LOL I was just watching 7 black swans fly over about 5mins ago and then I read your post

Oh no Gimpy , it will be a white one . Nothing else on the quilt is Australian looking and I just love the look of white swans . In my opinion the black ones don't have that " fairy tale " look . To me also they always seem to look cross while the white ones seem so serene Very Happy

HP the black swans sure are hissy snitchy things LOL but they do look beautiful flying overhead calling contentedly to each other and when I see them some mornings flying just above the fog layer, they look ethereal then. Your block is beautiful, love the fabrics for everything, the eggs and wing, beautiful

Oh Henny Penny these two are just lovely, the milking maid is wonderful and the cow looks so content. You are doing a fantastic job on these and its so much fun to see them as they are done. Whats next?

Thank you people . I don't know what the next block is yet Gimpy. I haven't seen it as yet. I must say though that these two were the least favoutites of the ones done so far . And a big YES Golo , I surely do love applique Very Happy
