I'm back! Didn't even notice I was gone did ya!

Here are the two I made for December. They are a little different then what I picked because I either had them already or they didn't fit what I'm doing.
I think I need about 40 or 50 more block to finish mysampler in these colors.
I don't think I will ever want to do another one after this!

Dec blocks finally!

AnnMarie
I recalulated and added borders. If I have enough fabric to do borders
I only need 32 more blocks, if not 58. I hopeI have enough.
I want this one for our bed, it's a king. I'm thinking 116 x 116.
If I make 3 blocks a month for the whole year I'll have them finished.

I pieced my 2011 BOM blocks. Ended up using grey Kona solid for the sashings. Finished at 80x67. First time I ever pieced a back - tedious but I was hell bent on using up every scrap of that fabric. Put the whole thing in a bin - no desire to sandwich & quilt it.

Finally put my quilt together. My SIL needed a quilt to long arm. It was her first time - she was taking a class. She did a great job. So I finished it up & gave it to my older brother this weekend. He is a big guy & will use it when he's watching TV in his favorite chair.
