I can hear Alchemy washing himself behind me, his toes are dirty! I can hear ravens in the trees outside and other birds and a distant dog yapping. No music on yet

FB, I bet QBee is excited the Gophers are winning, did they win the game?

Yes, they did win, GimpyCat. I think it was 24-10. Mr. W. is pleased.

Hey, you were talkin' bout me! And yes. QBee was excited!! We drove to the bigger town where we buy Fritz Food and I go to the LQS and Tom goes to the used CD shop. We were listening to game on radio, then for the second half went to a bar and grill so we could watch the game on their big screen TV. It was surprisingly quiet there, probably because deer hunting season started today. I was wishing for a few ruckus U of M fans to enjoy the game with. Tom was probably hoping I wouldn't embarrass him by being ruckus. I showed great restraint not leaping to my feet to sing the Minnesota Rouser at the end of the game!

Sewn, and here I was thinking you're all sweet and innocent, and now I find out what you're looking at on YouTube. lmao

We are listening to our usual Saturday morning radio show. Bluegrass Saturday Morning. Lots of fiddling and banjo. Tomorrow it's our most favorite. United States of Americana. All really old and different country music. And the best part is the little music history lesson between the songs.

I'd like to be watching Happy Feet with Laura.

The furnace just kicked on and hubby is watching TV.

I just read on the internet where they found a "ping" off the Australian cost.  Guess it might be that plane that went down about a month ago.  I hope so for the families......

Nothing now. . . but I have been listening whenever I can to an Audible book, The Secret of Magic. It takes place in 1946 in Mississippi, when a young, black, woman lawyer from the NAACP in New York, goes in an attempt to get justice for a black man, just back from WWII, a decorated officer, who was lynched. The mention of age, sex, and color is quite important to the story since it was in 1946 Mississippi. I crochet and listen. I cut fabric and listen. I sew and listen. I love Audible books!

3 different varieties of frog chirruping and chirping and croaking in the garden outside my sewing room, the window is open, its almost dark and they obviously are singing about the rain, kittens are fascinated and its a very pretty sound. Steady background beat is being provided by a cricket  Very Happy
