Yes, I think you should Jill. If I'd had more time today, I would of stoped by on my way home from Tracy's. I did stop at Hobby Lobby though at look at their material and even bought some! They have some gorgeous fabrics.......
I may just have to make another trip up that way again soon. I know I'll be coming up again the first week of February to stay with her and the kids for a week. SIL has to be out of town for work. Lucky me huh! I plan to sew......

I'm just sew glad to be home NOW!

Okay, think I'll try this. I'm not good at loops so hope a hot pad to sit hot dishes on is good. Do we just make one, and send to the person we are assigned, or more? When is the deadline to get it mailed? Who do we give our address to? All right, count me in.

I may be out of town a good bit when this grandbaby is born, but surely I can work this in sometime. How hard can a little hot pad be and I think it will be fun to get something from someone who lives in another location?

Our guild did a block exchange with a guild in London and the lady I exchanged with and I are still in touch.

We were waiting till after the first of the year when everything slows down... Lets close this January 15th.... I will pick names and send them out to you and you have till March 1st to send off your hot pad and recipe if you'ed like to send one along... Is this okay with everyone or is that too far off ??? If you want to send them off sooner thats okay with me... Let me know..

Glad to have Mamu and Slumbersoft joining any... room for more...

QB: use those pc's to make your potholder. Stuffing all that nice fabric will be waistfull.

No paper pc here either.

I haven't decided on a pattern yet. I am thinking....(if I get QBee, I could cut out a thong and put it on one side) lmao

Chicken! I swear Jill, I will sit you down and teach you PP one of these days! And yes, it will be in the year 2012! Once you learn you'll love it. I promise. Trust me darling......the spider said to the fly!

I have picked out my pattern! Yes, it's a PP one. I can hardly wait to get started on it.

Golo, March 1 is fine with me. If I get mine finished sooner, I'll just sent it on it's way to my person.......

Thank you "sew" much for hosting this swap.

I would like to swap pads, but not cookies, since DH should not eat them and will if I make any at all. I don't think he's ever met a homemade cookie he did not like.
