Great looking blocks Golo!
Home from vacation yesterday. Brought home a lousy sore throat that seems to have migrated to my sinus overnight.
Lots of laundry and unpacking today. No sewing for me today. I'd love to get moving on this project. At the rate I'm going it will take years for me to complete this quilt Thud

Well, my plans was to forget it this year and finish it for hubby's birthday in April, but after seeing it done I might change my mind! It surely won't take "that" long? I already have 20 blocks done. How much longer could it take to finish doing the wheels and all the rest that goes with them?

OK, you talked me into it golo. Thanks. lol!

Oh, I absolutely loved the trellis quilt with the red roses. Gorgeous.......

Me too Marynel. I love the way the blocks on Golo's link have been made into a train. The blocks fitted into the box cars is very clever of the maker.

I need to inject more red in my blocks.

I have mine upstairs, but sew far haven't had the time to work on it. People at church keep asking me to do "last minute" alterations! I can't say no..... they're family. Very Happy

But I'll get some more blocks done, but I don't think this quilt will be finished by Christmas. But, I'll give it to him for his birthday instead.Very Happy That's in April. He'll be 63.

We all have good intentions Polska and then other things get in our way. Like I said, I'll finish mine for hubby's birthday in April. If others get theirs finished this year that's great! Don't stress out about it. Just put it on your UFO list for next Christmas! Your son is lots more important that this Hobo quilt. Sew don't worry, we'll all catch up with each other later.

CC picks this month.... I did page 26 and 108 but I think the page # should have been 126... so I will have to that block later... here are my two...

Great blocks Golo!
Yes I went back and looked and it is page 126.
I'm a little confused however......it is named in the corrections as:

Sit-Down Feed
page 128
The four white squares should be cut to 2", not 1 3⁄4"

so im wondering if the corrections are for Sit down feed on Page 126 or

Sleep in Hayloft which is truly on page 128.

Its late now....I'll figure it out tomorrow.

I corrected it cc... it said page 26 so I changed it to 126... didn't mean to confuse you... eventually I will have all the blocks made... I think I have 40 of them done...

I made up both blocks last night before I went to bed and I think that the corrections are for the block on page 128 because there are not four squares to be cut on the Sit Down Feed block.

I made my HST's oversized and cut them back. I'll get a pic posted later today.
