Yes, but it doesn't detract from it and you have to look to find it. I love the quilt and the spotted fabrics . So today ! Thumbup

I really like this quilt. If you had not mentioned it, I would not have seen the "boo boo". I hope it raises lots of money for the skiers.

Well, there are lots of boo boos in this one. fortunately, most of them don't show up in this picture. It may not be great, but it is done and ready to go to a foster kid. The backing is a deep red fleece.

DH and I like it. It has little bits with pictures from blue jays to parrots and elephants, although you probably can't see them.

I have finished my 8th charity quilt ( 2nd babyquilt the other 6 are full sized) and I decided to quilt with a paisley free motion design , Let's just say that I got lots of practice. I also discovered that I like quilting in lighter backgrounds! I posted it on my little website of Jane's world!

I used my accuquilt die cutter to make the shapes and I had posted an earlier pic of it before the quilting , now all I have to make is the binding!!

Guess I need to get busy on prayer quilts.  When I left last week there were 7 or 8 in the bin.  Went to get one to put out this morning and there were 3 left.  Now only two.  The other lady that heads the ministry is swamped with a wedding.  I need to get the tops I have sandwiched.  So here's hoping I can make some progress in the next couple of weeks.  Will have to check your gallery Jane.

I have tops and one more on the frame but I am running out of batting so a shopping I must go!
The quilt I loaded is all strips of various gifted fabrics, It turned out pretty well and I am sure after I get it all quilted it will looks just as good. This is an extra large King so it is going to take some time to finish, It barely fits on my frame. I am contemplating to quilt the body first and then turn the quilt and do the piano key borders that I put on the sides of the quilt. My carriage is not allowing me to get at the borders easily so I thought this would be a good alternative. Plus it will be entertaining to see just how I do with what I have gotten myself into. I really can't add another length to the frame I would be out the window and down the hall!! Wouldn't that be a site!

Have fun with your quilts and can't wait to hear how you do!

Wonderful projects!  Thanks for adding that one.  It will be treasured by a lucky someone!

I read on facebook that Canada is now looking for blankets etc for flood victims.  There is never a lack of need!
