As a frustrated nature photographer (since I can't get around much any more) I love seeing other people's shots.

Wow harris...stunning photos!! I had a passion vine at my old house...grew all over the back yard gate. I tried transplanting and it didn't take....just lovely photos..the sky ones are both just awesome! The colors on the iris are so vivid and the petuna looks real enough i can almost smell it!! Thanks for sharing!!

Welcome aboard Harris, your flower pictures are awsome! They are so very sharp looking, do you use a special filter when taking pictures of flowers? :photography044

All I have is an DSLR wannabe, but it has this zoom lens that does macro and very close focus. (Fuji S6000fd). I usually get better colors by underexposing (-EV 2/3) and I always edit my photos in a photo editor. Most of mine prior to summer of 2008 were edited in XnView (www.xnview.com and is free). I've also either taken them in full enough sun to use a higher shutter speed, or else I use a tripod because this camera does not have IS.
