It will be April 30 I will pm the winner so that I can get their address.
I am so happy that there is so much interest I currently have 200 mini hexies ready and am making the first bag, I have to make 6 and then this one that is why the due date is late.
Pomegranite Quilter where are you in Canada, I see loonies and toonies. I don't know you since I have been away for a while...I hope it is a little warmer than Ontario.

What is fun about working with hexies is that they are so versatile in how to display them I am having fun laying them out in different ways to compliment the bag. I am not going to post the finished bag that will be the draw cause I would like it to be a surprise.

Thanks to everyone that wants to be a part of this fun. I love the ideas put forth on what you would put into this little catchall.

Oh, count me in for the drawing. How nice of you to host this too! I would use it for a take along project, like my block and scissors and such!

Well after playing with and hauling my hefty 17lb grandson around for three weeks, and thinking about how much more weight he is going to gain, I changed my mind. I think I am just going to fill it up with aspirin and hang it on my face as a feed bag.  Thud

Betweens, I'm in south western NewBrunswick on the Maine border. I've been to Toronto a few times, twice for Rogers Cup not too many years ago and the other time to visit my brother-in-law who was residing there in the 80's. Are you in the city proper or on the outskirts? --Pom

I am just on the outskirts on the east side, the cusp of Pickering, I have the joy and beauty of the Rouge Valley Conservation area so it doesn't feel like I am in the City only when I drive to work do I feel like I am in a metropolous!! LOL

Love the east coast I hope you are coping with the winter weather, I hear that it is very high with snow there and there is no where else to put the snow...If you are in the area you will have to let me know!!

Betweens and others,
Happy spring...I saw my first robin earlier in the week, the crocus blooms have emerged from the snow that banks the south side of our home, and tulip leaves are breaking through the frost filled soil. --Pom

Thanks Gimpy Cat,
Spending time reorganizing my sewing room as part of my spring cleaning. Over the winter I began making a few hexies. Made newbie errors...like taking the paper out before sewing them together. Oh well...that's how we all learn...from our mistakes...right?

Yes I have seen some crocus in our backyard, not that I planted any that is for sure not sure where they came from but we have squirrels here that like to do their own gardening.

I know it is getting close to draw time can you believe it has gone by so fast!!

Like anything pomgranite you will find with practice you will have to leap less and less, I will be in Woodstock next weekend for a quilting retreat when I come back it will be time for the draw!!
