Redwork, I've picked up 9 rows now. Next Sunday, there is a suprise party for my brother in Cincy. All of my family is going down Saturday and I am taking my car again. Plan this time is to hit 4-5 more shops in Springfield, Datyton, and Cincy. After I'm done collecting, I will send your copies then. Looks like I might be sending you 14 rows!

It would be handy to live where there is a density of LQS's, obviously not in an area of low density humans, such as where I live.

I would love to have some of the patterns. No shops in Arizona are participating. I don't mind
paying postage or getting them e-mail is good too.

It sounds like there are enough ladies on the forum interested. Maybe we could do a quilt along
with the patterns. That could be fun!

I can send you the patterns I have. I am getting more in the middle of September.
I am thinking about taking a trip to Fort Wayne, Indiana to pick up Patterns from Quilt shops around there.
I will be getting more patterns in the middle of September from a group of quilters I meet with.

Doesnt look like you can pm attachements, you can add links and such but unless your attachment is in something like fileden or one of those file share places you can give a link to you would have to email them

Each member who wants could design a winter row and share it with the group. This could be a good quilt along for the new year.

2015 info is up!

http://www.rowbyrowexperience.com/start-here.htm

I saw one of our shops in Amish country post today on Facebook they are participating. My former manager asaked for more info after that. Looks like a LOT more shops will be part this year--I guess they heard how much they missed last year!

PostSubject: Re: Row by Row Experience   Sun 24 May - 22:38

The Ohio Row by Row group announced today 81 shops are participating in our state this year! Last year there were 29, so this is a HUGE increase in participation! Be sure to check it out to see if your LQS is on the list of participating shops by going to http://www.rowbyrowexperience.com/start-here.htm and clicking on your state's license plate.

I can't wait till it starts June 21!I made it to 14 of the 29 Ohio shops last year and plan to easily match that this year. I found a few new favorite shops during this last year too.

Thanks for the info, Sewn! I know I liked Just Quilt It in Warren and was considering going there sometime this summer. You're not too far from there, right?

I know Anita mom wants the turtle pattern from the shop in Zanesville, I went down to my brother's last year hopping from Columbus to Sppringfield to Dayton to Cincy and hoped to do that again this year. It was a fun trip.

PostSubject: Re: Row by Row Experience   Wed 3 Jun - 19:53

I noticed the theme for 2015 is water. I realized today someone HAD to have a quacker row! The Ohio group posted two of them! One, I have a pretty good idea of where they are. The other.....I'm going to need to Google to see where exactly this city is.

After seeing the quackers and some of the rows, I am starting to think about possibly joining in the competition and making a quilt this year. If you are the first person to make a quilt with at least 8 rows and turn it in at a participating shop, you get a FQ bundle. If you use that shop's row, you win a bonus prize.

I also finally scheduled my vacation week for August today. I plan to hop across the state during that time and have fun collecting my rows, along with my annual Berlin field trip.

This starts today!!!!

http://www.rowbyrowexperience.com/start-here.htm

I am going to print out the Ohio list so I can mark off where I have been. I plan to go to 4 shops in the area after work this week. They're close enough to not require a Saturday trip. I believe I heard it was 81 shops for Ohio alone this year. Last year, we had 29 participating. I need to spend some time this week figuring out where I want to try to go next Saturday. Got a few different options, just have to decide which one to do first!

1qI am sure we will try to get the rows and plates we especially like, sewn! I plan to hit some places so Bratt does not have to. May ask folks who are closer to certain shops if they would mind getting a row for us.
