One jar of peanut butter
1 cup of stick butter - softened
1/2 tsp of vanilla
6 cups confectioners sugar
4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix the PB, butter, vanilla and sugar. It works really well to use your hands to mix it so that it is very well mixed. Roll into 1-1 1/2 inch balls and put on wax paper on a cookie sheet. Put a toothpick in each and put them in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour. Melt chocolate in a double broiler on the stove stirring often. Dip PB balls in the chocolate. Chill again until served.

Thanks Bratt, I know a few people who would like them, Im not a peanut butter fan but Im going to copy the recipe down, perhaps for bobs birthday in feb? I havent any peanut butter either! Thumbup
