I made these tonight and they are so easy and yummy I thought I'd share.

Cinnamon Apple Pork Chops

4 boneless pork loin chops
2 TBSP butter
3 TBSP brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 large or 2 small apples cored and chopped
2 TBSP chopped pecans (I use more!)

Cook pork chops in a large skillet over medium heat in 1 TBSP butter for 4-5 min. on each side or til done. While they cook, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a small bowl.

Remove chops and keep warm. Add the apples, pecans, brown sugar mixture and remaining TBSP of butter to the pan. Cook and stir until apples are tender. Serve on top of the chops.
