How is your Mom?

She's in the hospital again. At least this time it's in the same county as I am, rather than ~170 miles away. In theory, this means I actually have a little bit of time to meet my 'real life' commitments. In actuality, it's working out that I have the opportunity to snuggle my kitty a bit before I collapse into bed.
