We need a place for books we would like to find, I hope this is the right place, if not please put it where it belongs. First of all Piece O' Cake Designs had a book that had all Christmas things in it a few years back and one of the wall hangings had Santa sleeping under a patchwork quilt. I would love to have this book. If you know where I might get one, would you please PM me . lovehearts Norma

Oh my goodness!! Golly sakes alive!! I looked at Amazon.com to see if they happened to have a used copy of Piece o'Cake's "Slice of Christmas". There are six of them, and the cheapest one is $99.95!!! They're collectors' items evidently! Makes the $22.00 to download it yourself seem pretty darn reasonable!!

Looks like you hit on a big one Krafty.....used copies for sale for over 100.00 !
I have downloaded ebooks from my library with no problems, I'm sure they will give directions that you can follow, you may need to download some software for viewing.
It is an absoultly adorable pattern!!

Don't think that would work for me on dial up though. I have a lady that brings library books to me free, which sure is wonderful especially when it's too hot or cold for me to get out much. They need little carts too as you have to walk almost a block to get to the books then the same amount back to check them out and that much again getting to and from the car with your arms loaded down. I think they could set that up better. The people that are browsing and reading are right in the middle which makes the walk so much longer. Can't figure why they didn't put them at the far end where it would be quieter for them and shorten our trip with the heavy books. This program is really great and will come every two weeks but I just have them bring me extra books and come every 4, saves on gas that way.

Chris, are there lots of good books on e-books??? Doesn't reading the whole book on the computer bother your eyes and neck, besides having to sit in just one place??? lovehearts Norma

Krafty lady, check out e-bay for this book. I do e-bay and have NO problem at all. I also have dial up and you do have to be quick. Other option on e-bay is to buy right now.

No--- I don't need a book now Gimpy, I was just answering Chris and Foxi about down loading books on the internet to read. I paid for the down load for the book that had the Santa in it. I've been told before that you can down load books to read on line to read but I have a lady that gets mine for the library for me, thanks for caring though. It's nice to know there are so many willing to help one another out on here . lovehearts Norma
