| I want to do a modified saw tooth border. I want the finished size to be 2" x 4". I know if you use the method where you use squares and stitch 1/4 inch to each side of a center line and cut apart, you need to cut the squares 7/8 larger than the finished size. Example: 2 x 2 finished HST would be made from a square 2-7/8 x 2-7/8.
If you want 2 x 4 Rectangles, do you cut the original rectangle 2-7/8 x 4-7/8? | |
