| Drew's (grandson 5yrs) is finally done! I finished the binding last night. This was a kit that showed the blocks all on point with it finished looking like a diamond. Well, he wanted it to fit his bed and so I had to make it fit.... when I started to put the blocks together I found out real fast that they were all different sizes!!!!!  So I had to get creative with the piecing and filler blocks to make it all work together. Now he wants curtains to go with it   The wheels are out of black fleece and black wool felt...  | |

| You did a really nice job with those filler blocks.... love the colors... What little boy wouldn't love that...

| Oh Mamu its turned out beautifully, looks fantastic, well done. You'd never know the layout isnt the original design, its great. Like the fleece idea for the wheels! Oh and the curtains, thats easy, tell him sure, you want blue, red, gold - any colour that matches one in the quilt you can get at the store LOL!!!
