Tammy! What are you doing with my sewing bag! :o :o ;) I love my bag like that, and took it on a quilting retreat I went on. I also had a new 12" x 18" folding cutting mat/pressing mat and a 2" X 18" ruler to go with it. You can pack a lot of material and equipment into that bag. I have a list that I keep in that bag:

Machine Manual, tools, tweezers, etc for cleaning machine
Marking tools
Pigma marker
Stencils old scissors to cut paper and stencils
Scissors
Threads for machine quilting
Dilly Bobber and thread cone
Light (ott-light)
Stiletto, seam ripper, point turner
Cutters, exra blades
Rulers, tape measures,etc
Sewing machine feet
Small pliars (needle puller)
Iron and mat
Bobbins and thread box
M & Ms (peanut)
Project kit goes in, too, and some extra fabric. Zip bags.
Little iron (clover, travel, or wooden)

tlc I have the same case, and I love it, matter of fact it's my second one,, word to the wise don't leave it in the car,, people tend to think it's a computer case and will steal it in a heart beat,,and it's terrible when you lose 6 months worth of applique work and all it's belongings,,, be careful,, I about cried when they stole mine out of my car, the cop just didn't understand why I was so upset, guess he doesn't live with a quilter,,bonnie

...Bring it down to me, Bonnie...I can embroider on the front (probably)...put your name on it and "Quilting Stuff" (or what ever you want). Then maybe they will leave it alone (unless you are parked in front of the quilt store...you know how those quilters are :o ;))

Thanks TLC and all you other temptresses! It would be a shame if I ran out of ways to spend my money!! ;D This was on my "someday" list for a couple of days or so. Then yesterday in my new Quilter's World magazine was a coupon for 44% off from addictedtocrafts.com. Well! They had the bag, and now mine is on the way!! Hooray!! Now I'm going to make a list to keep in the bag like that clever MerryBee does, so when I'm ready to go I'll have a packing list.

MerryBee....Dilly Bobber???

Dilly bobber is a gadget that fits inside odd spools so you can put them on the machine top thingy, and I have a couple of spools I use it with. Some people use those serger cones on top of the machine.

OOOPS! It is called a Deellybob II, not a Dillybobber. Sorry. You can probably find in on line, now. It has a Thread Cone Adaptor, and a Quilting Bob for medium quilting thread spools. There are some other spacers and gadgets in the kit, and yes, it goes on the thingy called a spindle ( :) Thank you Quiltnut). It really feeds the thread evenly, and works the tension better for rayon, and metallic thread. I never was good at using one of those table mounted thread holders, on the Bernina, who is a particular lady.

Here is a picture of it:
