| Have a 6 x 9 envelope stuffed with selvages. Anyone want them? _________________ TxMaryQuilts

| If no one else and if you let me pay postage. Confession, I've been sewing mine end to end and rolling them into balls for crocheting a rug. Maybe loom a rug with the DGKs this summer, they are coming for two weeks. Cheaper to buy plane tickets than pay for summer camp. _________________ If you can't be a hero, be an inspiration.

| I'm collecting too if anyone has some they want to be rid of, trying to put enough together to make a throw. I will also pay postage. | |

| Ack, hate to pick but there are a lot of nice colorful ones so I will send to Linda. They will look nice in a throw. Besides, I think I owed her some from last time. Just not sewing as much so not getting as many but I am about to do some backings so will keep the really long ones for Stella so there is not as much sewing together to do. Hope that works for everyone. _________________ TxMaryQuilts

| That works. The blocks I started will never get done, in fact, I think they went to someone else already. _________________ If you can't be a hero, be an inspiration.

| TxM thank you!
Red Thank you for sharing. can you use long strips of fabric with out the selvages for your looming. Like leftover binding. I have some of that just sitting in a can I couldn't throw away. I can send you that if it will work. | |

| My older DGD loomed a rug one summer with fabric strips, she kept it for years. Maybe I can get her to visit this summer while the younger ones are here, they can all work together.
Their poor parents. Two weeks with Gramma and they will want to build birdhouses, make quilts, rugs, potholders, and repair antique sewing machines. I'd go for rebuilding the garage with their help. It would ruin them forever. _________________ If you can't be a hero, be an inspiration.
