I got a new machine this week and am in love. its the Babylock Jane and is considered semi-industrial.
Its a high speed straight stitch machine, very heavy machine. None of the feet snap on because of the high speed, its very old school, mechanical, not computerized at all. Some of the gals were asking about the pin feed so i made a short video...a pictures worth a thousand words. Its got a nice roomy harp. A big upgrade from the machine i was using for free motion for me.

Video: look in the middle between the feed dogs for the pin moving up and down in unison with the feed dogs.

Great video. Helped a lot but have one more question. Does it help to move the fabric or just help to keep it going straight at high speeds.

It seems to help it move the fabric straight I guess....just got it late Monday.
