| So this is a normal thing for a cat to do? She's mad at me for something so she pees in the laundry basket? I smacked her butt for it the other day and told her NO! We'll see what she does...... |

| You could try two litter trays, might help. cats will do it to mark their turf, girls kitties too, tell you there are ticked off with you, if they have urinary tract issues they can do it, if under stress. Dirty washing they can think is ok to use, darn nuiscance. _________________ "My will is mine.....I shall not make it soft for you" Aeschylus, Agamemnon

| You best hide your shoes when you smack a cat and tell her NO! They do a lot worse than pee. _________________ If you can't be a hero, be an inspiration.

| Memaw, first I would take her to the vet. She could very well have a urinary tract infection. Then I would suggest she is one of those cats who take offence at a litter box that needs changed. Do you put your whites basket in the same place all the time? Try putting another litter box in that area instead. Oh, and don't smack the kitty. She has no idea why you are hurting her. You will only stress her and make things worse. I have 2 cats and 3 litter boxes and that keeps them happy. If I were you I would definitely try another litter box. | |

| Oh, I think she knows just exactly why she got smacked! Yes, laundry basket goes in the same spot every time. Another litter box? OK, I can try that. |

| DH and I moved up to a small little town Northwest of Toronto, Ontario, Canada back in 2001 and we're enjoying the quiet life out of the "Big Smoke".
Starting out as a hand quilter which I did for many years, I took the plunge in 2010 and purchased an Innova Long Arm Quilting Machine with a twelve foot frame.
I still do Applique, Embroidery and all my Quilt Bindings by hand but the Long Arm sure does make the overall Quilt Top stitching go a hole lot faster.
Looking forward to making new friends, learning & sharing tips & tricks and having fun.
See you around the board. | |

| So glad to meet you, Dragonfly.
I've become a devotee of old sewing machines and they make quilting by machine a lot of fun. After forty years, I was glad to find something different to do.
We love to share, just look at our gallery. Canning, furniture, snowstorms, and oh yes, quilting. _________________ If you can't be a hero, be an inspiration.
