Sewn3w found this little beauty, its been difficult to work out how to post it as its a PDF file and there isnt really a site to link to so this better work!

Woohoo thanks Gimpy. I used this on a little quilt a couple weeks ago. It sounds a lot more involved than the process really is. Very simple in the end.
