I am learning about applique, and am interested in sites with patterns. If anyone knows of sites that carry mostly applique patterns, I would appreciate them passing those along. Since my DH has put a halt to my fabric buying and I am having to use up my stash, doggone it. The pain I'm suffering.

Carol Rose - are you looking for sites with free patterns? or patterns for sale? and is there a certain kind of look you like? Here are a few possibilities:
www.fatcatpatterns.com/ (free patterns)
www.patsloan.typepad.com/quiltershome/farmers-market-blocks.html (a free pattern)
http://www.pieceocake.com/index.html (has several patterns you can pay for and download a block at a time)

Hi tlcquiltnut, Where do you live in Iowa? I live in Council Bluffs and have family in Boone and Des Moine.

We may be neighbors. Wouldn't that be nice?

Hi, just wanted to let you know that tlc is camping and will be back on Thursday. I didn't want you to think she was ignoring you! :D

BearFoot, Thanks for letting me know tlc is camping. I would have wondered why I didn't hear back.

I found a new site that is pretty cool. They have quite a bit of quite a bit of quilting info and lots of free stuff! Check out the Free Fall wall hanging they have listed, "Cute"

Great to see you Foxxi, have missed you around the forum. Have fun with the computer, it will steal sewing time though!

Here is a nice web site of some paper piecing patterns. If you click on the pattern design you like it will enlarge with different fabric/color choice....nice.
Also there is a FREEBIE to download Thumbup

I totally drool over this site whenever I visit it (hmmm... something to put in the "Likes and Dislikes" topic, eh?). Thanks for posting it, Mamu.
