| I think that you have already found a cute idea. It will blend so perfectly. Very cute quilt. Did you design it? _________________ TxMaryQuilts

| I think your idea to add more rows of the squares would be perfect. It would be great with the desgn and not look like it was added just for length. |

| TxMary - No, this isn't my own design. The designer is Debby Kratovil. DH gave me a box calendar for Christmas - one of those with a new page for each day. I don't know how many quilt patterns there are because the whole quilt is shown one day, then the separate blocks are the next few days - - but I really like almost every single quilt design and my wanna-do list just grows and grows! It helps that most of them seem to be beginner to intermediate. I'm no where near the kind of piecer and quilter that many of our friends here are. BTW - I'm glad you used your chicken as your avatar - it makes me smile everytime I see it, along with reminding me of your barn quilt that I love! | |

| Mamu, I know at the old site sometimes you would be at the site but not logged on and then couldn't view pictures...there is clearly a picture in Qbees post. Are you maybe not "logged" in? | |

| Well duh This morning I can read the designers name at the bottom of the picture. I swear I did not see it last nite. Must of been cause I was tired. Not having my glasses on wouldn't have anything to do with it! Your calender sounds great. Isn't it nice when there are projects you like and can actually do? Thanks Qbee, DD picked out the avatar. That girl and her chickens! (Gotta admit, I like it too) _________________ TxMaryQuilts

| I would increase each block size by adding a plain border around each block. e.g. pink on top and bottom and green on sides and then join everything way it is in pattern. jessie s | |
