I see our font is a bit different and mis-spelled words get underlined as I type. I don't see a spell check though? Am I not looking in the right place..or is it not available? This computer is just trying to taunt me? Undesided

It sounds like the document is being checked as you type. Put your cursor on one of the red underlined words and right click. See if that gives you a list of word choices to choose from with a couple of other options like ignore or add.

OK..spel check. Hmm..yep it did show me the correct spelling for spell. It doesn't know what to do with Hmm. LOL Thanks very much! My DS laughs at me about that whole right click thing. I told him I'm afraid of it..and if I click on it..it's usually by accident. :hammer:

Yes..I'm using Firefox. It just changed on here today though. I thought it was something switched on the site. I never knew I could right click and get a correct spelling. How cool is that? Thumbup

I didn't know about the right click to get the correct spelling either, never too old to learn :) Norma

Did anything else change on firefox? Im just wondering, seems funny suddenly its got new stuff like the spell helper and anita is now having trouble getting on here, could be a clue to the puzzle, a firefox upgrade might be causing her problems perhaps

I'm just terrible about upgrades. I'll get a message that upgrades are available, but I don't click on the button to load them. I'll get several notices and then I'll get a message that says the next time I boot up it will be loaded automatically. There was a change recently..but I don't know what?
I have Firefox and can get on no problems though. It seems like if that's the problem I'd be having it too? There are still parts of Ohio that are without power and I still wonder if that enters in? In the Columbus area where my DS lives they are saying it may not be until Sunday til it's back. I'm sure it's very frustrating to Anita and to those of you that are trying to find the problem. I'd be going bonkers right about now! :hammer:
