Did you know that you can get EQ6 for a pretty reasonable price from the J.Hittle website? Well, actually you have to call to get the pricing cause they can't publish the price...I think it was $114, but you would need to check that to be sure. Here is their info:
http://jhittlesewing.com They have lots of stuff for a very reasonable price (yes they are wholesale, but you don't need to be a reseller to get the price.)
Just thought some of you might have a wish for Santa ... lol!

I ordered it from jhittle at Barbs suggestion. The price was the very best price around, there was no shipping charge. I don't think you can just download it unless maybe you have an older version. If you buy it new it comes with a book (which you really need). I've had a lot of fun with it.

Chris is right!!! The book is a large "textbook" and walks you thru the program step by step.
I also bought mine at J Hittle.

Also, just rec. my second bendable light from J Hittle today.
I love that little light!!!!

If you have EQ 5 then you only need to buy the upgrade but you have to keep EQ 5 installed on your computer to use EQ 6. The upgrade is suppose to be cheaper.

If you buy EQ6 , not the upgrade, it doesn't need anything else to work. Remember that on EQ 6 they put a limit on how many time you can install it. I think it is either four or six times.

That is right. You are limited to 4 activations, but I have had my EQ6 for a year...I only used one activation....I only need the program on my laptop.

I did a little research on the limited activations and did read that if you run out of activations they are open to allowing more if you call them personaly and speak with them explaining your problem. Of course they don't want you passing it around your guild.

I might just ask for that bendable light from santa!!
