Don't know if any of you have been following April the giraffe, but I decided I needed a giraffe for my hallway menagerie. The pattern is one part of a larger wall quilt called Blake's Jungle by Rachel Newman.

That is adorable!! Did you see the video of the pregnant lady w the giraffe mask on imitating April? I was hysterical. I saw on Facebook that she and her new baby went and visited April and her new baby...there was a pic. Too cute.

Lovely wall hanging.

I just saw a sweet little sleeping kitty pillow which I might make up, with variations, of course.

It amazes me that any giraffes survive birth, considering that they fall 6', head first in the process. Thud

Thank-you all. I love giraffes. I collect stuffed ones for the twins to play with when they're here. Their 7 year old imaginations make playing with them so much fun to watch.

I was going through my patters to see what I could get rid of, and I have that pattern Annmarie! I got rid of a ton of patterns I knew I would never have the time to make. I also wondered what made me even want them! Ever done that?

My computer is on it's last legs so I'm cleaning files before I get a new one. Have deleted hundreds of patterns. You're right. Why did I ever download them in the first place?
