| Oh good to see Tracey does what she is told from time to time. I expect to see a pic of her new patterns (& any fabrics she got to go with them) when she returns LOL _________________ "My will is mine.....I shall not make it soft for you" Aeschylus, Agamemnon

| HP, thanks for resurrecting this thread - it was fun to look back!
Though it sure seems that some of the posts are missing (like the 1st post that 'defines' a small quilt/wallhanging)... sometimes those web gremlins are sneaky creatures.
Now that "we" remember that this topic is here, I sure hope that it starts getting some action! _________________ Perfection is the enemy of progress

| Okay, I'll start (well, that didn't take long, did it?). Many of you may have already seen this - and probably the ones I'll post later, too - but its nice to revisit. For post ONE of our impromptu Small Quilts Show -n- Tell, I give you "Never Been to New York" : I did this little quilt for a challenge a couple of years ago. It was also the one that won for me my first blue ribbon at a fair. There's a blog post with some in-process pictures and closeups of the ridiculously-small-and-detailed quilting HERE. Okay, who's next? It's okay if we've seen it before - show and tell!! _________________ Perfection is the enemy of progress

| [ ] This is my only wall hanging that I have finished! I have two or three others in various stages. I saw this in F&P magazine and had to make it! A first for me! I really enjoyed seeing the ones posted by GC and FB!! Great job both of you! | |

| FB I have never seen blocks like those before ! Amazing .LOVE the tulips Gnome I don't have any small ones , although that is what I first leant patchwork on ......mimiatures . My idea was there was so many I wanted to do , the only way I would get there was by doing little ones LOL Changed my mind on that one after a time. OOPS ....I have the two in my Gallery pictures that I suppose would count. The artist and the Magpie ones |

| HP, I think that when you're looking at your picture in the gallery, there are boxes below with BB codes in them. Copy the 'thumbnail' line & paste it into your message here.

| FB, your baby quilt has an obscene amount of tiny quilting. I only say obscene because I can't do that.
Gno and QM, Love those little ones. GNO, I saw that in F&P. I like yours better. | |

| Tanx, Luvs - but it's not a baby quilt, it's just a 12" (or so) wallhanging. And yes, it IS an insane amount of quilting!!! I like that feather wreath I did in the border, though... I'd forgotten about it, but now I think I'd like to use it (a bit larger, I hope!) in another project. Hmmm... I'm so, like, totally enjoying seeing everyone else's show and tell. Pulling some of the 'oldies' out of the cupboard (or the photo gallery!) lets us all again enjoy something we may have missed or forgotten! I'll pull another small quilt out of 'the vault' & share it sometime soon! _________________ Perfection is the enemy of progress

| Gnomie, I love your flowers. Great quilting in the border. AnnMarie, definitely time to display those. I love the fall colors. Cute Mushrooms. This is a recent one I made for DH's sis. Actually looks a lot like her. Got the pattern from "The Quiltery". _________________ TxMaryQuilts

| Here is another I made recently. Came from a magazine (can't call the name at the moment, have to look it up). I put some others in my gallery album but I think it is easier for ya'll to just go there and look rather than me stick them here one by one. _________________ TxMaryQuilts
