Using Rick rack on applique

Found this link on Facebook. The second video on the page shows how you can edge an applique with Rick rack...looks neat. Anyway.....a neat tip!

Pretty much exactly how I do my rick rack. I don't like the edges to curl up so I usually sew down the edges. Good videos.

I use it on projects, especially place mats, I like to run a strip down the seam between the feature fabric and the contrast strip I put for knives and forks to sit on. Going to look at all this info over a cuppa, thanks for sharing

I have a wavy stitch on my machine that I can adjust the size on and make it fit little rick rack almost perfectly!
