| I recently had to upgrade to MS Office 2016 and is doesn't have Picture Manager! It has Paint and Media Player but I can't crop, resize, etc with those. Wondering what everyone uses? Is there anything out there FREE that does those things ? | |

| There are lots. I am currently using Fotor. Windows store has about half a dozen that are free. This one will crop, resize, edit, rotate and print. I use open office for those functions. | |

| I use Paint.net. It does almost everything that I need on a daily basis. If I need something more fancy, like whitening/brightening or applying fancy effects, I use Photoshop, which is pricey and complicated and I only know a very little about it though it supposedly can do everything but park your car... _________________ Perfection is the enemy of progress

| I can do a lot of that stuff with Fotor. There is also a collage program I will be playing with. | |
